Amendment #1316 to H3800

Transitional Youth Early Intervention Probation Program

Representatives Campbell of Methuen, Mom of Lowell, Vargas of Haverhill, Moran of Lawrence and Minicucci of North Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0330-0613, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $1,200,000 shall be expended for the development of a transitional youth early intervention probation pilot program to be administered by the commissioner of probation”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$3,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,562,500".
