Amendment #132 to H3800

Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7003-1206, by inserting the following: "provided that not less than $400,000 shall be expended for the Urban League of Springfield, Inc." and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,400,000" and inserting in place there of the figures "1,800,000".
