Hospital-Specific Impact Analyses

Mr. Vega of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0700, in line 39, by inserting after "program;" the following: "provided that the Executive Office of Health and Human Services shall, as part of the process of developing, modifying or changing any type of MassHealth payment methodology, or determining a new formula for any program related to MassHealth, provide a hospital specific impact analysis of the proposed change, six months in advance, to those not for profit disproportionate share hospitals deemed eligible for the Delivery System Transformation Initiatives authorized by Section 35WW of Chapter 10 of the General Laws;"
