Child-care referral and wait list services

Mr. Lewis of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 3000-2000, in line 2, by inserting after the word "agencies" the following: "; provided that no less than $755,230 shall be allocated to the United Way of Tri-County for the administration of the statewide child care wait list and resource and referral services.
