Amendment #1335 to H3800

Community Choice Aggregation 3.0

Representatives Domb of Amherst, Blais of Sunderland, Hay of Fitchburg, Sabadosa of Northampton and Williams of Springfield move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX.  To include $70,000 for a pilot project to develop and implement a plan for the creation of an inter-municipal Community Choice Aggregation 3.0 between the Town of Amherst and the Town for Pelham in partnership with the City of Northampton”.
