Mr. Velis of Westfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7115-0100, by inserting after "University" the following:- "; provided that not less than $50,000 be expended for improvements to the biology laboratory in Wilson Hall" and in said item by striking out the figures "$29,182,839" and inserting in the place thereof the figures "$29,232,839".
