Drinking Water feasibility study

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: "SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Massachusetts Water Works Association, is authorized and instructed to conduct a drinking water feasibility study in Town of Scituate"
