Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7061-0008 the following item: XXXX-XXXX For a reserve to provide relief to local education agencies whose fiscal year 2020 chapter 70 aid and tuition revenue that has been significantly and negatively impacted by extraordinary and unanticipated circumstances that has created a reduction in resources.........$5,000,000.00
