workforce development for young women who are without mothers

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4400-1020, by inserting after "Jewish Vocational Service" the following: provided that not less than $10,000 shall be given to EmpowerHER to help young women without mothers and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,010,000".
