Amendment #161 to H3800

Ms. Malia of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for Project RIGHT’s substance abuse/trauma prevention initiative in the Grove Hall area of Boston;" and in said item by striking out the figures "143,912,718"  and inserting in place thereof the figures "144,462,718".
