Culverts for the town of Boxford

Mr. Mirra of West Newbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0100, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $80,000 shall be provided for engineering and design of culverts on Baldpate Road and Willow Road in the town of Boxford.”
