Handicap Ramp for West Newbury's Public Library

Mr. Mirra of West Newbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7000-9501, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $20,000 shall be provided for a handicap ramp at the West Newbury Library in the town of West Newbury.”
