Mr. Vega of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in the final line, by inserting after the date "June 30, 2020" the following: ", providing further, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended for an arts integration program for Enchanted Circle of Holyoke to operate in the local public schools" and in said item by striking the figures "$3,576,923" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,636,923"
