Representatives Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Barrett of North Adams, Mark of Peru and Pignatelli of Lee moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0102, by inserting in line 16 after the word “shelters", the third time it appears, "provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Berkshire County Regional Housing Authority to coordinate winter overflow homeless shelters and safety net services in Berkshire County,”
