Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 17, by inserting after the word "programs;"  the following: "that $30,000 be appropriated to Gerena Community Coalition" NNCC Inc.; and in said item by striking out the figures "$3,576,923" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,606,923".
