New North Citizens Council Police / Community C3/ E3 Management

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0110, by adding at the end thereof the following: “provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the city of Springfield C3 and E3 police management in low income and downtown neighborhoods to administrate community involvement,” and in said item striking out “$1,448,866” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,498,866".
