Amendment #205 to H3800

Community Access to the Arts

Mr. Pignatelli of Lee moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 5920-2025, in line 16, by inserting after the word "need" the following:- "and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Community Access to the Arts in the town of Great Barrington to provide increased opportunities for individuals with disabilities to participate in the visual and performing arts and showcase their talents at local cultural organizations;" and in said item by striking out the figures “$236,263,699” and inserting in place thereof the following figures:- “$236,313,699”
