Sherman “Whip” Saltmarsh Garden Terrace

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following; "provided further, that $100,000 shall be allocated to the Town of Winchester for the design and development of the “Sherman ‘Whip’ Saltmarsh Garden Terrace”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$163,176” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$263,176".
