Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4590-1507, in line 17, by inserting after "organizations" the following: "provided further, that no less than $1,250,000 to the Salvation Army which should be distributed between the member organizations in Massachusetts"; and in said item by striking out the figures "4,450,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$5,700,000".
