Amendment #248 to H3800

Authorizing Deleading in Schools

Ms. Ehrlich of Marblehead moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:- “SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, monies deposited pursuant to chapter 273 of the acts of 2018 into the Water Pollution Abatement Revolving Fund, established in section 2L of chapter 29 of the General Laws, may be used for public school deleading projects, including grants.”
