Sterling Recreational Facilities

Mrs. Ferguson of Holden moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: “that not less than $140,000 shall be expended to the Town of Sterling to increase the quantity and improve the quality of athletic fields and other recreation facilities” and in said item by striking out the figures "$163,176" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$303,176".
