Lowell Highland and Acre parks and playgrounds amendment

Mr. Mom of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 1, in  item  2810-0100, in line 17, by inserting after “rink season”  the following: “; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for park and playground projects in the Highland and Acre sections of Lowell;”.
