Baystate Noble Opioid Grant

Mr. Velis of Westfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, in line 23, by inserting after "chapter 17" the following: "and provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield for a grant program to prevent and treat opioid addiction and related substance abuse”.
