Amendment #282 to H3800

Ludlow Mills

Mr. Petrolati of Ludlow moves to amend the bill by adding in section 2, the new item  7002-1502,  by adding the following:

"; not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Westmass Area Development Corporation to offset and pay any and all costs incurred and related to, but not limited to, operational costs and expenses

involved with regional economic development activities in Western Massachusetts; and further provided that a portion of these funds shall be directed towards operational and other revitalization and economic development initiatives the corporation is currently undertaking at the Ludlow Mills in the Town of Ludlow" and in said item by striking out the figures "1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof "$1,500,000"
