Bullens Baseball Field

Mr. Velis of Westfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 29, by inserting after "park" the following: "and provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the City of Westfield for improvements to the Billy Bullens baseball field in the Municipal Playground".
