Amendment #314 to H3800

Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7070-0065, by inserting after the words “fiscal year 2019” the following: “provided further, that no less than $200,000 shall be expended towards scholarship support for Urban College of Boston students” and in said item striking out the figures “$105,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$105,200,000”.
