Lynn Police Department Behavioral Health Unit

Mr. Capano of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0600, by adding at the end thereof the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the Lynn Police Department for their Behavioral Health Unit"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$3,389,795" and inserting in place thereof the figures:- "$3,539,795"
