Amendment #321 to H3800

Pathways Inc. English and Adult Basic Education Training

Mr. Capano of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7035-0002, by adding the following: "provided further than not less than $40,000 shall be expended to Pathways, Inc. for English and adult basic education training"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$38,100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$38,140,000".
