Latina Center Maria

Mr. Capano of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7035-0002, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended to Latina Center Maria in the City of Lynn for English education and professional development"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$38,100,000" and inserting in place thereof "$38,110,000".
