Mr. Zlotnik of Gardner moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by adding the following: "provided further that no less than $124,000 be provided for the operation of the Montachusett Veterans Outreach Center women's housing program"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$5,284,262" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$5,408,262"
