Mr. Murray of Milford moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 7008-1024, the following item: xxxx-xxxx For the commonwealth’s local economic development projects; “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for plans to improve or improvements to the athletic fields in the Town of Hopedale”.
