Improvements of Manning Field in Lynn

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 29, by inserting after the word “park” the following: “; provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for improvements of Manning Field in the City of Lynn”; and in said item by striking out the figure “$44,736,288” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$44,836,288”.
