Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0005 by adding the following: “Provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Hispanic American Library in Springfield”, in said item striking out “$11,502,752” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$11,552,752".
