Amendment #424 to H3800

Creative Arts Network

Ms. Fiola of Fall River moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 7008-0900, at the end thereof, by inserting the following: ";provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Creative Arts Network, Inc. in the city of Fall River to establish and enhance outreach and educational programs to benefit financially disadvantaged children in the greater Fall River area"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$163,176" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$213,176".
