Battleship Cove Plan

Ms. Fiola of Fall River moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 7008-0900, at the end thereof, by inserting the following: ";provided further, that not less than not less than $50,000 shall be expended for a Battleship Cove Strategic Plan"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$163,176" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$213,176".
