Amendment #430 to H3800

Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Communication System Upgrade

Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 8610-8600, by striking out the figures "$32,617,530" and inserting in place thereof the following figures: "$33,352,530".

Furthermore, that the same line item be amended by adding the following new sentence after the word “Office”, - “provided further that no less than $700,000 shall be expended for the development and upgrade of the emergency radio communication system for the Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office.”
