Soil removal for the South River Marina waterways restaurant access

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1024, by adding the following at the end thereof: "; and provided further, that not less than $12,594 dollars be spent on soil removal for the South River Marina for waterways restaurant access for south shore economic development of Humarock” ; and in said item by striking out the figures "2,000,000" and inserting in pace thereof the figures "2,012,594".
