Support for Complex Care Provided to MassHealth Patients

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0300, in line 2, by inserting after the word “board;” the following: “provided further, the executive office shall reimburse acute hospitals using an outlier payment methodology that includes a marginal cost factor of not less than 75 percent for both inpatient and outpatient reimbursement rates.”
