Amendment #453 to H3800

LLC Initial Filing Fee Reduction

Mr. Cutler of Duxbury move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"Section X. Section 12 of chapter 156C of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 42, the words "five hundred dollars" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $250.”
