GIS Project in Lynn

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 13, by inserting after “Quincy” the following "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 be expended to upgrade the water facility GIS data source in the city of Lynn"; and in said item, by striking out the figures “$3,475,000” and inserting thereof the figures “$3,575,000”.
