Boxford Firefighters' Turnout Gear

Representatives Nguyen of Andover and Mirra of West Newbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0000, in line 55, by inserting after the words “hazardous material response team” the following:

“; provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Boxford fire department to purchase 40 units of turnout gear, which are necessary for its full-time and on call firefighters to respond to emergencies”; and in said item by striking out the figures “25,638,518” and inserting in place thereof the figures “25,738,518”.
