Andover's Merrimack River Access Project (AMRAP)

Representatives Nguyen of Andover and Moran of Lawrence move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 1102-3232 the following item:

“1102-XXXX For the town of Andover to move forward with a project to design and develop improvements that will facilitate public access to the Merrimack River, and which will allow the Andover fire and police departments to have emergency access to the river for public safety purposes … $60,000”.
