Mrs. Harrington of Groton moves to amend the bill in Section 2 in line item 9110-9002, by adding the following: “; provided further that not less than $92,400 be expended  to the Groton Council on Aging to cover costs associated with repairs to the Senior Center in the Town of Groton.”
