Teen Empowerment

Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4590-1507, in line 17, by inserting after "organizations" the following: "provided further, that no less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Center for Teen Empowerment, Inc"; and in said item by striking out the figures "4,450,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$4,460,000".
