Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0300, by inserting after “and industries” the following: “provided further, that not less $200,000 shall be expended to implement the recommendations of the Black Advisory Commission and the Latino Advisory Commission.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,572,787” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$1,772,787”.
