Baby Steps Savings Plan

Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0610-0010, by inserting after the word “Empowerment” in line 1 the following:- “; provided that up to $70,000 shall be expended for the costs associated with changes to the Department of Public Health birth certificate form” and by striking out the figures “$604,351” and inserting in place thereof the following figures:- “674,351”.
