Amendment #538 to H3800

Franklin State Forest

Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 8 by inserting after "development;" the following:

"provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to construct a parking lot at the Franklin State Forest", and in said item by striking out the figures "$44,736,288" and inserting in place thereof the figures "44,836,288".
