Mr. Silvia of Fall River moves to amend bill in section 2, 7008-0900, by adding the following: Requesting the House Ways and Means that the House appropriate: Handicap Accessible Trolley. "Provided further-not less than $170,000 shall be expended for the purchase of a trolley to be utilized by C.A.N. (Creative Arts Network) Fall River
