Mr. Livingstone of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 3000-1020, by adding at the end thereof the following words:- ; “and provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended on transitional costs and other one-time quality improvements at Nurtury, Inc. in the city of Boston” and further amended by deleting the numbers “$36,597,159” and inserting in place "$36,897,159".
