Ms. Miranda of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 0339-1005, in line 11, by inserting after the word “system” the following: “provided that not less than $50,000 shall be dispensed in each county of the Commonwealth.”

and said item is further amended by striking the figures "$350,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,050,000".
